Includes one princess. Each additional princess is $85 (maximum 20 child participants)

Package includes one princess and one dance instructor. Each additional princess is $85.

You’re Going To Disney 30 Minute Package

Have one of our characters announce your surprise vacation! Package includes one character. Each additional character is $85

  • Character presents children with balloons (maximum of 2 balloons per family) and makes surprise vacation announcement.
  • Character sings signature song and a sing along song (if applicable).

We serve the Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, and Columbia areas.  For parties outside of our radius, there is a mileage fee depending on distance.

Each child over the 20 child maximum is $5 per child.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your payment policy?
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to one-half of your selected package which will go toward the overall cost of the package taken on the day you book to hold the date of your event. The balance of your package is due before or on the day of your event. Our preferred (and most discreet) method of payment is by credit card. We accept all major credit cards However, we also accept cash, business checks, and money orders in special circumstances.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
As previously stated, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of notification date or circumstance. However, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your Princess event to another date. The rescheduled date must be within eight (8) weeks of your original date. In the rare event of performer illness, EPE will refund your payment or work with you to reschedule the date.
What should the party attendees wear?
Whatever they want! We encourage them to wear their own Princess costumes as well!
When should we serve food and drinks?
We ask that the children be served either before or after the Princess’s time at your party. We want to avoid sticky fingers and hands or the spilling of drinks on our costumes during activity time. Before the Princess leaves, she will lead the singing of “Happy Birthday” to the guest of honor. This is a perfect time to cut the cake, and allows the Princess to leave gracefully.
Who supervises the party?
Although the Princess will be leading the entertainment, it is still the parent’s responsibility to supervise the party. We are not a daycare service, nor is it our job to discipline your guests. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not wish to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for your child. Please also be advised that EPE assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages caused during your party to your guests or to your property. The Princess will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the client.
Are boys welcome?
Boys are more than welcome; however, please understand that our characters and activities are geared toward girls. We do our best to accommodate your male guests with boy stickers, prizes, etc.
What happens if our guests are late to the party?
Our Princesses are very busy ladies, and because of that, we must adhere to the agreed upon start time of your visit. Any latecomers may join in on the fun at whatever point the party has progressed to when they arrive.
What does the host/hostess need to supply?
The Princess will require a chair with access to an electrical outlet and enough space for the children to play games. Please be mindful of the space needed to comfortably read stories, play games, etc. Kindly have the chair set up for the Princess before she arrives as well.
